Hello 
Thank you for asking to join Cobalt.
You have three options to let us know you are interested:
1) Hit the 'Post reply' Button and post your in game name
We'll then contact you in game and invite you to a squad, then the outfit.
2) Register on this forum, then post a message in the beginners section letting us know, we'll then send you an email or Private forum message and arrange a time to meet in game to invite you into a squad and then the outfit.
3) Look out for one of the Senior Officers in game and send us a tell:
